Participants in competitions facilitated through Masq agree to abide by all applicable competition rules and guidelines. Scores and results are determined by authorized judges and are final unless subject to a formal appeal process.

You retain ownership of any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Masq a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content within the application for the purpose of operating the service.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: (a) impersonate any person or entity; (b) submit false or misleading information; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service; (d) engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using or enjoying the service.

7. Termination
